I am so glad that you inquired about Baytowne. I believe that you will find us to be the most wonderful place to live in Champaign. Not only do we have wonderful spacious apartments, but also we have a Clubhouse that includes delicious food and drinks, a racquetball court, modern fitness centre, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and steam rooms. We also have a 54,500-gallon outdoor pool and hot spa. The pool and hot spa overlook our 12-acre lake that is stocked with a variety of fish. The lake has a sandy beach area and a one-mile walking path around the perimeter. Baytowne is a pet free community.
Each apartment has huge walk-in closets off the bedrooms; a separate utility room with washer and dryer hook-ups; the kitchen is very modern and includes dishwasher, garbage disposal, self-cleaning electric digital stove/oven, and frost-free refrigerator with icemaker. Apartments all have either a private patio or balcony with an outside storage area.
Our damage deposit on all apartments is only $400.00. And an application fee of $25.00. The application fee is required for each individual over 18 years of age.
