The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-queen bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen bed and the master bedroom with 1-queen bed and a walk-out balcony, plus 1-full bath and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. In addition, a private entrance leads to a mother-in-law suite with a futon and its own private 3/4-bath. This vacation property will sleep 8 to 10-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
