Our unit is beach front row, we have installed an awning for those hot sunny days on the deck. There is laminate flooring throughout with tile in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished complete with over the stove microwave, a dishwahser, and airconditioner. In the master bedroom there is a queen bed and two single in the other bedroom. The clothes washer and dryer are in the basement along with the second bathroom with a shower.
