Vacation Rental Rates
Jan 1st-May 31st $1700/week $250/night- $300/weekend night (low season) 3 day minimum stay.
Jun 1st-Aug 31st $2400/week $350/night- $400/weekend night (Peak season) 3 day minimum stay.
* Do not need to be booking Monday to Monday. Reserve any days.
Monthly Rates - $6000 with 30 night minimum ($200 per night)
*Non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 will be added to all stays.
*50% of the total is due at time of reservation (credit card, Money order, Cash)
* There is a 10.5% city tax
Cancellation Policy:
Deposit will be retained for any cancellations made within thirty (30) days of arrival.Re refunds
Refunds will be given if the house is re-rented during the period cancelled.
We will make every effort to re-rent the property.
