Utilities are calculated at the end of the month. Because this is such a short sublease, I am just going to have you pay $80 at the beginning of the month. This will cover all the month’s utilities (gas, water, electricity, trash, cable and wireless internet).

The house has three full bathrooms, a large kitchen (with 2 fridges, a dishwasher, microwave and stove), very new washer/dryer, fenced-in backyard with table and chairs and grills for BBQs. TV/DVD and couches are downstairs in a large common room. House also has a nice front yard with a wrap-around porch.
The tenants are a mix of guys and girls in their twenties, either working or in school. Everybody is really friendly and welcoming. Smoking is OK, but outside only. No pets.
We are looking for someone responsible and respectful, who also enjoys socializing and is up for the occasional party or BBQ. Please be financially secure and able to pay the entire $630 by July 15. Email me if you are interested or have any questions, thanks!
