Cancellations and Refunds
security Deposit is Refundable after satisfactory inspection of home,within 10 days.
Payment required in full must be made before 30 days prior to check-in.
All funds are refundable if written notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date.between 20 to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund !
