Unobstructed panoramic views of Cape Cod Canal, Railroad Bridge, Borne bridge, Mass Maritime and Fisherman's Cove.
When the big ships come through, sit on your front lawn, deck or in the living room for viewing. Catch stripers off the point and some of the best flounder fishing on the cape 300 yards out from the front of the house. Mooring in front of house for small boat, sail or motor under 22' / need advance notice. Direct access to Buzzards Bay, or Mass Bay with no low bridges in the way.
Vary secluded and quiet area, yet a short walk to Onset center.
Washer & dryer, extra outside shower, one master bedroom, one bedroom with 2 twin beds, one sleeper on porch, full kitchen, cable TV, VCR, DVD, gas grill, lots of beach chairs, 2 kayaks / one single one double / life vests must be worn when using kayaks, decks on both sides of house. No phone, no smoking.
June, July & August was available, $2000,00 a week for one week at a time. $1750.00 if you take it two weeks in a row. $1500.00 a week if you take it for four weeks or more. All rentals need additional $250.00 cleaning deposit to be refunded if left it like you found it.
To hold a week I need a 50% deposit, full rental and cleaning deposit to be paid by April 1st. No refunds after final payment unless I am able to rent your time spot. Rented fast last year, hope I hear from you soon. More pics available.
