I am in need to sublet my Apt. It's is a HUGE place. It's quiet and the balcony is great during all seasons. If you took it the month of Oct is free as I have to move out around the 6th of Oct. The lease is up end of Jan. Things that are nice about the apartment:
- Rent is $819 a month includes indoor parking.
- Air Condition and Heat included.
- Indoor Pool
- Laundry on each floor.
- HUGE living room (It was so big i didn't know what to do with it.)
- All utilities included (except for cable and Internet)
- Balcony that is great for fireworks in the summer and watching snow in
winter.
- Quiet and carpeted.
- A tiny walk from all downtown amenities.
- Also, since i am moving and if you take a walk through and see
anything of mine you like i would be willing to leave it here and sell
it with the place.
- Great location.
