Kitchen, and two bathrooms (including one bathtub and shower). Washer and dryer can be found on the bottom floor. The location is in the centre of campus, close to the shopping mall and groccery (within 5 minutes). Also included if preferred, a newly added mini fridge/freezer for $100!
