We will have an open house on our rental unit by appointment only. Appointment time to be verified via e-mail. Viewing of the suite is via appointments only.
FAQ (Frequently Asked Question)

1. We do not rent out to people unless they have viewed the suite and filled out an application afterwards. You are welcome to take the application home to fill-out at your leisure. However, if you prefer, we can send you the application via e-mail before the viewing to save time.
2. This is not a first come first serve basis; our approval process is based upon the merit of your application.
3. All questions about the suite will be answered at the location.
4. To expedite the process, it is to your advantage to have 2 references available at the time of your appointment.
5. No Pets.
6. No Smoking.
7. Preference given to those who are will to go with a 1 year lease.
