Hi, my name is Manuel Cheng and this is a very cozy, comfortable 1st floor apartment in a fully detached house. Most services and needs are included (please feel free to call for any questions or inquiries). The place has been renovated a couple years ago so it is in great and clean condition ready for anyone to move in. it includes a living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom and closet. Small pets especially puppies are welcome. The place is excellent for a young couple or students. I own the house and I reside on the 2nd floor and basement so I’ll be always around to help with anything. Unfortunately there is no parking space available so if you own a vehicle it’ll need to be parked on the street.
Location wise, this house is very very very close to anything you may need. Subway (D train on 25th avenue) is right around the corner, bus (there’s about 3 of them) access is also right across the street. Very clean and nice neighborhood and neighbors are great. Restaurants, dry cleaning, laundry, markets, bakeries, gas stations, deli, rite aid etc are all at walking distance or just a stop away on train.
