Villa "The Sea Breeze" was completely renovated in 2007 / 2008 and offers you a modern and luxurious place set in a quiet residential area close to the Mediterranean.
The 3 large sized bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 luxurious bathrooms one with separate WC, a large sitting and dining room welcome up to 6 adults and 1 baby.
The med, the pool, the garden, the terrace
Should you decide to stay with us you will realize the omnipresence of the med with magnificent views to the sandy beaches of Les Issambres, the Golf of St. Raphaël and that you are able to admire all this from the inside, the terraces and the pool.
The Villa is at ground level and has direct access to the pool and car parking on totally fenced grounds. You may use the outside equipments, terraces, gas bbq and sun loungers.
The Villa is situated in a very quiet, residential area and you will – even in summer - enjoy the calmness of the area.
Bedrooms:
Villa "The Sea Breeze" has 3 spacious bedrooms each with its large cupboard, bedside tables and night lamps and a ceiling fan including lights.
Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with king size beds. The French windows of bedroom one open up to panoramic views to the Mediterranean. The second bedroom has direct access to the pool and windows open up to the rear garden.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds. These can be fixed together as 3rd king size bed. The window is opening up towards the garden.
Cot, changing table, high chair and crib are available to order.
Living, Dining:
The panoramic views from the dining and living area are of special charm. The living room is equipped with large comfortable leather sofas, a fabric armchair and a living room table. The dining room table has enough space to sit 6 persons.
The equipment includes TV, Satellite receiver (Astra), DVD player, Radio, board games as well as books also for the young ones.
Furthermore you will find information on the local activities and sightseeing of the region as well as on restaurants.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has been newly built in and equipped in 2008 with oven, glass-ceramic hob, hood with lights, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker and much more as well as pots and pans and barbecue cutlery for the barbecue on the terrace outside.
Crockery and cutlery as well as glass ware is sufficient for 6 – not to forget our youngest guests!
Bathrooms:
The two newly built fully equipped luxurious bathrooms of the Villa are both tiled up to the ceiling.
One bathroom has 2 big wash basins, large mirrors with glass shelves and a shower. A separate WC is located next to the bathroom.
The second (en-suite) bathroom is equipped with a corner shower, two wash basins, mirror, glass shelves, bathtub and WC. Self-evident: a hair dryer in each bathroom!
