The apartment is actually 2 apartments "combined", that is why there are 2 kitchens, 2 fridges, 2 bathrooms. Apartment is really huge, with very big bedrooms and a nice living room. Not furnished but we can sell you our furniture for a good price. Utilities are included.
I would recommend this apartment if you are Northeastern students, as it is really close to the University and to all its facilities. I have talked with the landlord and the brokers and we might find a good deal for you guys, like paying less from May to August or not paying a fee.
Rent is $4,800. As there is plenty of space and bedrooms are big I recommend sharing rooms to make it cheaper. Interested in renting for May-June-July-August (Summer 1 and 2)
