This is a very cute 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a single car garage. It can sleep 6 and also has a enclosed Florida room that can sleep 1 or 2 people. It's steps from the beach and the intercoastal. It's fully furnished so if you are looking for a nice affordable getaway this is a great way to go. The Weekly rate is $800 which includes the weekend except for weeks where there are big events in town as those weeks the rates will be higher. The damage deposit is $200.
