I'm currently renting a 1 bed / 1 bath apartment in Davie. The lease is til August 31 and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease, since I am moving to a new place closer to work.
The rent is $962/month, which includes A/C, water, trash and gas. The only thing you pay is electric, which is around $20/month.
I have a deposit put down on this apartment of $1990, and if you take over my lease I will take $1690 so when you move out, you will actually receive $300 more than you paid me for the deposit.
