This is technically Marietta, but it is just off of Powers Ferry Rd. at Terrell Mill Rd. This is a very underrated and up and coming location outside the perimeter. It is very close and convenient to I-75 and I-285. The Chattahoochee River Park is about 5 minutes away, which is fantastic. It is definitely an area on the rise.
The condominium itself is a very large 2 bedroom and 2 full bath unit. It is over 1,500 sq. feet in size. There is a living/dining room area that is very spacious, and a separate sun room off of the living area that is separated by French doors. The unit features a very large master bedroom and an amazing amount of storage space. There is a back patio with sliding glass doors. The entrance is below street level in a very private courtyard that is shared with only one other unit.
