Searching for a clean respectful roomate to join me in my brand new unit at WestPoint! You would have your own bedroom, bathroom and closet and shared use of the living room, kitchen, balcony, in-suite laundry and storage area. The building is still under construction with a guaranteed move-in date of September 15th, but most likely will be done in time for a Sept 1st move-in. The suite is completely unfurnished so preference will be given to applicants with a good supply of high-quality furnishings to contribute. Graduate students preferred.
