*Home is set up for 2 people, but can house 6 with a squeeze as we have 3 bedrooms - right now 2 rooms are set up as offices.
*Good sized back and front yard
*On the town’s main street
*15 min. walk to down town (pharmacy, library, restaurants, grocery store, art galleries)
*1 bedroom, 2 offices, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen (no microwave, but we do have a small stove).
*Linens, appliances, dishes, cleaning products all included.
*Driveway for parking car, trailer, camper
*5 min. walk to main park (with lake that freezes) activities to be done at the park – snowshoeing, skating (if ice is frozen enough), cross-country skiing.
*Bigger cross-country ski trail about 10 min. drive
*Downhill ski hill a 5 min. drive uptown (they have rental equipment)
*Bigger downhill ski hill about 45 min. drive out of town.
*Skidoo trails nearby
*We get -20 degree Celsius weather and good snow in January and February.
*Movie theatre and modest shopping mall uptown
*Gay/Lesbian welcome with open arms
