We have a big sunny deck on the side of the house and also a wood burning fireplace for winter comfort. We are looking for an independent, professional woman. The rent is $800/month + your share of gas, hydro, (Cable, phone and internet if needed). You also have free in-house laundry facilities , gym, 1 parking spot and all house supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, laundry soap, dish and dishwasher soap and more) included for free.
