My unit is 1040 sq. ft.and has new kitchen and hallway flooring(laminated floor),also new garage door,skylight in kitchen.Also natural gas fireplace.
We had proposed to sell out the unit but concluded to rent out for holidays. Reason being that we are out of town and will take a long while before we come back.
