The apartment has 3 rooms so i am willing to rent the rooms out.firstly i will like to know how long you want to stay in my apartment as im thinking to rent it out for 11 months before my arrival back in Baltimore from UK as im in the US now and i have real estate agent in state who take care of the apartment and i just secured a new job here in UK but will be renting it out for a long time now as long as you want to stay,It cost $850 per room which include the utilities in the apartment The room is furnished with TV,CD,fridge,internet,chairs,waldrobe,reading table,AC,Heater,cooker and well and so on..The apartment is located in a very peaceful and cool environment, it is a 3 bedrooms with a kitchen,toilet and bathroom and a living room,the whole flat cost $1,295 with a security deposit of $700 which is refundable at the end of your stay if nothing is damaged from my properties.

1.I ALLOW PETS IN MY APARTMENT.
2.I WILL NOT ALLOW ARROGANT
3.CLEANINGS AND TIDYNESS IS IMPORTANT.
