Gully Furnished, Short Term Two bedroom suites are perfect for students and families alike. Separate living and sleeping areas adds to the comfort of these suites. Tastefully designed and furnished, the living room are have a TV, couch, chairs, rugs, coffee and end tables and most have gas fireplaces. The kitchen comes with a full size refrigerator, gas stove, large microwave oven, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker and waste disposal. Generous storage space is provided with cabinets and there is amply counter space. Most suites come with a food preparation island with additional cabinet space. Most suites have skylights over the kitchen area to bathe the area in natural light. Plates, saucers, bowls, pots & pans, glasses, cups, silverware and utensils are supplied, enough for casual dinning or a small dinner party. Suite bedrooms are furnished with either two queen size beds or one queen and two twins, depending on the suite. Bedroom configurations may be changed depending on the length of stay and season and may be subject to an additional charge. Closet space is ample and dressers and night stands with lamps are included. Most bathrooms are equipped with Jacuzzi bathtub/shower combinations and all towels and bed linens are provided. All utilities are included. All suites have a free local call telephone. Free Satellite TV is offered as well as free premium movie channels. Suite access is by electronic swipe card and building entry is by controlled access. There is 24/7 security and guest assistance. High Speed Wireless Internet is provided free and some suites come Ethernet ready. On-site parking is available for $60 per week or $160 per month. Pets are welcome and there is a one-time fee of $75 for weekly rentals or $100 for monthly rentals. A one-time cleaning fee of $75 for weekly rentals or $100 for monthly rentals is added for all suites at the time of reservation finalization. Some suites come with a porch and chairs for evening relaxation.
