Neighbourhood/Location:

Nice, quiet neighbourhood. The house is within walking distance of 4 schools (a grade school, two secondary/middle schools and a high school). Another secondary school is within driving distance. There are also two churches within walking distance (in the summer), or a 3 minute drive away.
The closest grocery store and pharmacy is about a 3 minute drive (or a 20 minute walk), and South Keys mall is around a 7-8 minute drive.
It's about a 15-20 minute walk to Mooney's Bay Beach, which is a nice walk in the summer. Or you can drive there in about 5 minutes.
The house is around a 15 minute drive to downtown via Bronson during non-rush hour times. It varies during rush hour.

Bungalow Interior:

Comes with 5 appliances. The living room is nice and spacious, with a large window and wooden floors. Basement is finished, and spacious as well.
3 of the bedrooms are upstairs, and 2 bedrooms are in the basement. The upstairs bedrooms have hardwood floors, basement rooms have carpet. Almost any room in the house could be used as an office, a study, or potentially an entertainment room.

Bungalow Exterior:

Nice front yard with a tree that blooms with some nice looking flowers in the Spring. There's a garden along the front of the house if you'd like to plant something.
The backyard has a patio. There's a tall tree in the backyard that provides some nice shade in the summer. The backyard also has a small garden where we've planted tomatoes in the past, and a shed that can be used to store some items.

There's parking for 5 cars in the driveway. There's also space for a car or two on the street right in front of the house.

Bus Routes:

Has good access to bus routes, without being close enough to hear the noise of the buses.
The 146 and 140 are within a 5 minute walk, and the Transitway (Walkley Station) is about a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute bus ride. From the Transitway, you can catch the 8, 40, 43, 82, 88, 97, 98, 99, 116, 140, 146, 199, 402, 605, 646, 649, or the 650.
You can also get to the O-Train with one bus from there, or by staying on the 140/146.
It's about 25 minutes total travel time to bus to the University of Ottawa or to Carleton University.
