Description
I have two rooms for rent in my large bright basement suite. One is smaller and $400 the other is larger and $500, utilities are included (washer and dryer also).

I will need 3 references from either previous employers and/or landlords. I am currently screening people. The place is avaiable right away and there is a
$300 security deposit per room.

I work in the service industry (restaurant) therefore I keep odd hours.

Full use of all Kitchen Utilities and like plants.

Looking for someone who's responsible around 20-25 and can clean up after themselves. Nice Bathroom, large living room and newly renovated kitchen.
Along the number 1 route and walking distance to the Sunnyside LRT as well as Safeway and other lovely shops and such. Easy to get to U of C or SAIT
