Hello,
I am offering a room for rent in a spacious townhouse condo near the Champlain Bridge in Hull, Quebec. There is a bus stop less than a minute from the front door, with STO buses running every 10 minutes during peak hours, and every half hour thereafter. The bus route leads directly to downtown Ottawa via Place du Portage.
The rental fee of $500 includes the following:
- designated parking spot;
- in-house access to laundry facilities;
- access to entire house, which includes an office, two bathrooms, a finished basement and a large patio deck;
- access to full kitchen, including dishwasher;
- hi-speed wireless internet access; and
- utilities.
The house is five minutes away from the du Plateau shopping centre (which includes a Loblaw's, Walmart and movie theatre).
Please note that I currently have a cat and a puppy and would be open to having other small, domesticated pets join the household.
I am a public servant and am clean, organized and easy to get along with. The ideal lessee would be clean, quiet, responsible and personable.
