“Golden Memories” is located in the beautiful and peaceful Wears Valley, Tennessee just ten minutes up the mountain from Pigeon Forge and only six minutes to the Smoky Mountains National Park! The cabin sits at the end of a private drive overlooking ‘misty morning meadow’, at the back of the cabin sits the Blue Ridge mountains and the view out the front is of Cove mountain and the Appalachian mountain range!
Golden Memories is an authentic log cabin with a modern upscale design that features a very spacious wide open floor plan (36 feet by 26 feet), massive vaulted pine and beam cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling windows (spanning the entire length of the front of the cabin) and all wood interior with shiny oak floors!
To compliment the cabin and its setting we have appointed it with all new ‘top of the line’ appliances, furnishings and amenities!
In the kitchen you will find we have included all the extras like a glass top stove, under cabinet microwave and dishwasher. It is completely stocked with everything you would need to prepare any meal be it a lunch for four or a romantic five course dinner for two (minus the groceries). In addition to the kitchen there is also a gas grill on the front porch and a charcoal grill on the back patio.
Also located on the over sized (36 feet long) covered front porch are a set of rocking chairs and the ‘three person recliner’, dual waterfall hot tub that sports 28 powerful turbo charged jets that do a wonderful job of chasing the cares and worries of the world far far away!
Open the door and walk into the cabin and you will find it extremely spacious with a Mahogany claw foot pool table as its center piece in front of the great wall of glass. Plenty of room to shoot a game without bumping into the walls.
